Head up the road toward Pinebrook Park or just start from the park and climb the Alf Engen trail. climb your way to the East Perimeter trail until you top out at the water tank. Once here, you'll drop down to a driveway / trailhead. Exit the drive way left and make the first left on the road 25 meters ahead. Climb the road to the courtyard and look for the trail in te back right. It's posted.

Climb up and around Alex Peak and when you have toped out you'll be able to go left at the trail junction to Emily's Chair.

The descent is down Jekyl and Hyde and when you reach Upper Meeks trail head right. You'll stay on the flat section for a mile or so before you make a left down Troys trail. Take this to Lower Meeks and make a right down Spring Trail. Cross the road and pick up the trail tat runs along the creek and continue to the next road crossing. when you get to the park you can either turn left and run down the road or look for a little trail on the right just past the swings. This will make sense when you get there. Head to your car and you're all good.
